Welcome again then, just dont expect paradise LoL it has a lot of problems too.

Langkawi is tax free, less crowd not a city hence costs are lower but with less employment opportunities.

KL, Selangor, Penang and Johor are where things are concentrated.

Good part is its totally peaceful + natural disaster free
