Looks like a nice wedding though.. Isn't the mosque in the video where the wedding took place, the National mosque in Islamabad? Can it be rented out for private parties too?

extravegance weddings are from hindu culture, notice the carriage of the bride is hindu marriage custom,hindus are known to spend extravagantly on weddings, its not even a gora culture goras dont spend so lavishly on weddings
