KARACHI: JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that his party wants early and fair elections. He was talking to the media at Karachi airport on Wednesday, Geo News reported.
He expressed his reservations regarding the completion of computerized voters lists and said that the lists would not be completed by May.
While answering a question regarding Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA), he said that the decision to appoint its leader would be taken after its revival. He said that Syed Munawar Hasan should withdraw from his demand for MMA chairmanship.
Maulana Fazl said that he is not waiting for Mansoor Ijaz in fact it is a good sign if he is not coming.
JUI-F leader said that his public address on Friday would be historic.
