We can cover the entire planet, and not a single warplane will be able to take off!' - Russian party

Theoretically -- yes. But for every successful execution, there are dozens of discarded theories.

well that would be interesting if it happens in future, But i have a question if it does not bother you .. Missiles and their seekers mostly take their guidance from Radars and satellites , but a missile launch from a space or outer orbit , will it be able to take its guidance from the Ground or Air based Radars ?

Yes it can, usually most missile has active terminal guidance. Mid course guidance can be provided by the satellite itself, with input from ground based radar.

A system that uses space vehicle to launch missiles is a very expensive one, but how about laser or magnetic gun wouldn't be cheaper

Newton's third law is For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction fawad's law of countermeasure states that for every measure the is or can be equal and opposite countermeasure.

To put it simply -- yes.

We can make the missile take its guidance cue from any source, as long as the identification of those sources are valid, meaning the missile must be able to determine if those radar signals came from friendly sources. Not only that, the reflected signals must also have the same identification signature.
