They window quality is poor as well as door quality. Ask any UK/Italian. Even armenians have good western quality products for home construction.
So in broad sense:
1. no carpet
2. Windows seems double glaze but metal frame? really..
3. Doors must be double glazed too.. especially front doors besides inner.
4. Entrance should have a small corridor, meaning double doors for entry. One door to enter corridor, the second to enter building.
5. Tin roof? if they have no 6 inch insulation then God help poor souls, especially if fuel runs out.
