The fact is LM's CEO Marilin Hewson already announced that with march 2020 parts manufactured previously in Turkey will be manufactured in United States!!! no Gulf state or any other place!

well now F-35 went from expensive to more Expensive

No Gulf State has any industrial capacity to produce any of the parts produced by the Turkish Firms. That Lockheed to this day hasn't found suitable replacements for the majority of the parts shows this and was admitted by the Pentagon themselves. No where in no time did anyone familiar with the project named any Gulf state as a replacement stragety because no gulf state has the capacity nor the competence or infrastructure to produce these parts. Nor would the American Congress, if these countries had any capacity or industry even whatsoever, which is openly hostile to the Saudis and UAE allow parts of its newest 5th Gen fighter to produced by unreliable states.


They will most likely be produced by Lockheed themselves in the US as they can't find suitable firms in other countries. Which will lead to even more expensive planes and more dissatisfied "partners".
