Wary of Pakistan’s dodgy control over nukes, US Defence Secy Ashton Carter expresses concern

na, Pak military are professionals, their nukes are under control, I'm sure of that, I mean it.

why ?
  1. because there is tremendous pressure from the US to ensure they stay safe
  2. because the jihadist networks getting their hands on them are a bigger risk than the pacifist enemy elephant
  3. they are not a suicidal force, even if some of their proxy jihadis live for suicide jihad
having said that, why so thin skinned, can't even take a little media hammering, that too from the Indian (not international) media. ? :)

.
Another crappy Indian source. Another BS story.

One thing is certain though. The Americans aren't Pakistan's ally or friend. I don't need an Indian source to tell me that.

The Americans should fix ISIS which is their biggest nuke on the loose.

How much did US give Pakistan just to secure its nukes? I've lost count. The issue is not whether the nukes are secured, but who in hell has control of them -- the civilians or the military? It's a legitimate concern.

But TBH the way it has been interpreted and represented by Indian media is not exactly correct.

This is the quote about India, China, Iran and Pakistan. Take it for what is worth
" India, for example, has generally shown responsible behavior with its nuclear technology. China also conducts itself professionally in the nuclear arena, despite growing its arsenal in both quality and quantity. In Iran, their nuclear aspirations have been constrained and -- and transparency over their activities increased by last year's nuclear accord, which, as long as it continues to be implemented, will verifiably prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.

And the last example I'll cite is Pakistan, where nuclear weapons are entangled in a history of tension. And while they're not a threat to the United States directly, we work with Pakistan to ensure stability. "

why is that even a question ? I assume it is their army chief or the general in charge of SPD.

You nailed it bro. These nigers are messing with wrong people

This is a clear warning (threat) from the US to India to behave or Pakistan will nuke you. It would seem Hindu Extremist lead India has understood the message very clearly.
