that due to centrifugal force ........the faster they are the safer ther are...
f=mvr (mass of vehicle*velocity of vehicle*radius of well)

their is a certain crictical value of velocity.....if you cross that ...your centrifugal force will balance your gravitainal force
i do not know in case of this horizontal circle....but in virtical circle minimum velocity required is
v=(5gh)^(1/2)

Watching those Maruti 800s going around reminded me about one thread here which talked about junk taxis in Bangladesh. That brought a smile to my face.
