This is something PA really needs to work on, reducing the use of cigarettes. The use of cigarettes is so common among PA Officers, its shameful.

What in the ****? You do realise cigarettes relieve stress? Especially on intelligence gathering ops when the matter is life or death. How is smoking shameful? You have an issue, dont smoke. But please dont preach.

Wazirastan region (both North W and South W) have been allowed to fester in poverty, and lack of will on part of KP government and Feds to plan some long term civilian solutions and change in the area.

The area is autonomous , this is the people's decision . We have no say in that matter , because they signed the accession paper on this very condition that they be left alone and the Feds nor Provincial Govt 't interfere in their area except for a situation which the tribals aren't able to control by themselves - you see until the elders called for help in Bajaur after repulsing the cross border attacks from the other side of the Khyber Pass , the PAF didn't go bomb the Afghans . You see the Provincial Govt doesn't administer the Federally Administered Tribal Areas - why blame it ?
