What ID is used for casting a vote , many of the foreign IDs such as Pakistani passports the info is collected in US database
Thru various data collection schemes , if someone travels there or if you apply for some privilege's they ask you your private passport info

I am sure similar measures exist in few other countries

What planet are you on. Nadra has their own database. If USA had details of all Pakistanis via Nadra they would be giving visas without any hesitation. Passport info? Yeah every country asks for that so are you in your senses?
