Considering how India has bullied every single of its neighbors in South Asia it's hard to imagine if India can muster allies to fight Pakistan and China In a shooting war.

Im sure if it came down to it and some foreign nation attacked india and went beyond just war and they begun to hurt/rape/abuse indians some sort of south asian thing will happen

No one will fight for India. If India is a South Asian Power, it will have to fight its wars on its own.

Well considering the as always dumb imagination of OP & the never-ever ending dilutions, I must say straightly India needs no help if at all it goes to War.
Now coming out of Dilutions, We have a neighbor who has bowed its Head numerous times against India & two times, touched their Head in India's feet in order to save its Soldiers.
To addon, even their "all weather Friend" didn't had the guts to save them or even support them Internationally. Moreover, their External State Minister came to India & begged to "stop" the massacre further.
So, i believe India need no one as India is Sole Super Power in all SAARC countries. Thats a different thing, some People are always in a Suicidal Mode.
