Your PMLN leaders and their affiliated presstitutes are all about conflict with state institutions. Back in 1997 when honorable Chief Justice was about to give a verdict against 2/3 majority elected PM Nawaz Sharif, he attacked him with his Gullu Butt goons. Every one know on this forum that I am very pro establishment.
I don't know even the name of hussain naqi.
But the question right now is, if cheif justice is the guard and check against all the things in which executive exceeds its limits. Its well and good.
But,
'who will guard the guard '?
Right now everyone respects cj , but he is wandering into uncharted waters that left people, to even not believe in one institution.
There are many people on whom contempt of court should be applied. Sometimes you sound loud, sometimes you sound frustrated by the arguments in court as it is your first experience and you sound loud .
The respect is of the court and not the cj.
It is not the saqib nisar but the chief justice that is due for our request.
So cj must also respect others and listen their point of rather then giving remarks about the manner they speak.
For quite few days we are hearing remarks about how everyone is speaking out of line. Everyone is afraid of cj. That's not how things work .
Imran khan should get rid of him as soon as possible and select some cj that is less of a hero and saviour and more of a judge.
If cj only reforms his own institution then it would be the biggest achievement ever
