I don't mind ball-tampering as long as it's fair behavior with all. Du Plessis has tempered with the ball a number of times and he has gotten away with it. Fair treatment for all is required in this case.
As for Kohli, i suggest India make better pitches to assist the bowlers. You wouldn't need to temper the ball to get reverse.
