I think that you and other similar posters are somewhat mistaken. The security and/or protocol, whatever one may call it, is not being provided by Pakistan, but by KSA and it is their sole prerogative to decide, whatever they deem appropriate. IK is only a guest there and cannot possibly intervene in it.
