First start a colour revolution, get rid of the Communist party, become a democracy according to US standard and Uncle Sam might send you more aid.

All China did after May was close down a few border gates between the two countries and temporarily purchased less Vietnamese products. Now the tough talking Viet is begging us to open up the borders.
