China cares about IP about pharmacy. It is the western company who make profits from the medicine, not the government.
Indian govt ignore the IP issues, that is why the medicine is very cheap. Indian companies imports medicine materials from China and does the final processing. Chinese companies can easily do the final processing if there is no IP issues, and the price could be even cheaper, because there won't be cost due to import/export.

Do you know what states were are communist? USSR, NK, Cuba. And what do all these states have in common? FDI was limited. Business is limited. Like it was in India.
China is capitalist with state control of natural resources. The state is powerful more so than in India, but communism is not what Chinese businesses are. They are capitalist that they would sell milk that isn't milk to make a profit.

There have been many articles online, that dispute China's claim to be communist. I suggest you read it.
I don't care to prove to you if China is communist or not. I have made my original statement for the subject matter. That Dictatorships, be it Fascism or Communism to do not equal economic prosperity.
