Chill mate, I believe middle class Viets can buy cars, the issue is town planning. In China we have bad aesthetics for old areas but even then those houses and shops are uniformed in nature and size. After that we raze these low rises and built apartment as the economy developed, that happened maybe in the late 90s, Vietnamnese cities is now maybe China 30 years ago.
