The key to fitness lies in exercise. And the best kind of exercise is cycling. A fitness campaign drive in Islamabad flooded the streets of the city with Pakistani and European cyclists, all racing to beat weight and age issues.
At the end of the race, the participants were shown awareness videos to educate them about the benefits of cycling and the conditions of environmental pollution in the country. Watch Samaa’s detailed report for more information.
