Democracy and judiciary have to work 100 % of the time---the judiciary should show that it is working and so does democracy---bad democracy and bad judiciary are the death knell to a nation.

Who will decide what is definition of good dictator? Who will have checks on bad dictators to remove them from power? Was musharaf good dictator who created puppet party like PML Q ? Dictatorship is one way traffic and the general consensus is blatantly ignored under dictatorship
