Video showing horse-trading during 2018 Senate elections surfaces

Nothing good can happen until we adapt simple and straight-forward policy on corruption similar to that of China.

Even if these people are taken to court, the cases will go on for an year or so and then will be given a clean-chit, first the authenticity of the video will be questioned and 6 months will be wasted into that, then the limitations of our "Law of Evidence" will come into play, these are the very people who have not improved on any legislation for the last 50 years because they knew they were the ultimate beneficiaries of this rotten out-dated system. We people have a very limited memory in a few months no one will even remember all this and the cycle will go on.
Punjab government passed the legislation which was undone by SC in Arshad Malik Case.
Of course he will say that. What else he will say? He has no other defense.

Take a look at their press conferences in 2018, half of them were saying by taking oath on Quran that they never accepted the money and khattak gave their names to IK because of rivalry.

We have seen how deceptive propaganda works.

Shouldn't his statement be thoroughly investigated??

On gun point? They can leave anytime they want, Patwari. Remember the good old days of Changa Manga of your leader Ganja Sharif. He bought entire parliament.

In 1988, the masses voted in favour of PPP and brought it to power. Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto became the first lady prime minister in the Islamic world. At this Mian Nawaz Sharif, who trumpets the sanctity of vote today, went against the people’s mandate and launched Changa Manga Operation. In this way, he fashioned and flourished horse trading culture in national politics. Mian Nawaz Sharif succeeded in becoming chief minister Punjab with the help of invisible forces.

In Changa Managa IJI (PML+JI) MNAs were staying so no one could cross the floor. PPP MNAs were not in Changa Manga, how this was horse trading??

You just need some common sense to call out bullshit.

1) What was PPP leader doing with a fag in his hand at the other end of the table supervising everything?
2) Why do their stories not match up given they were all there in a single room?
3) How come some of them ended up joining PPP after they were thrown out by PTI?
4) How come PPP got 2 extra seats from kpk?

ISI have a bloody political wing to keep all the bloody civilians in place.
They thought they pulled a blinder by getting ik in power, calling him saqib awr nisar, so they could carry on there merry way doing pizza business and real estate. But he is totally incompetent, can't even use the latrine himself.
So they have become exposed.
That's all that's happened.
They play all of them from Mr 10% to fatso to this prick.
All whilst the country burns

What happened to Latrine Project, the first project of PTI, launched by Imran Khan himself??

IJI was made with money that came from ISI (Mehran Bank Scandal). Your favorite absconder leader Nawaz Sharif was part of IJI. And later became PM from this platform.

Same result as your Showbaz Sharif latrine project 😂😂😂

Sure. Were Ishaq Dar or late judge Arshad Malik ever investigated for their written affidavits against your favorite Sharif family? What are media statements worth in comparison to written affidavits submitted to court?

Ishaq Dar's statement was correct but it was not a crime at that time to bring money in country through benami accounts. So the case was dismissed. Arshad Malik's video was filmed during Musharraf rule.

Why would it be a crime when your Khoti Ganju Sharif changed the law for money laundering, Patwari?

The statement reveals that Dar had reservations in opening/operating these "Benami Accounts" but he was assured by Nawaz Sharif that "Qazis have agreed for the use of their names" and furthermore after the promulgation of Protection of Economic Reforms Act, 1992 by Pakistan Muslims League (Nawaz) led government, all the foreign currency accounts got complete immunity against any enquiry or investigation by any department or agency.”
Following the presentation of details of transitions and other financial matters, Dar said: "They (Sharifs) made all this arrangement as they could not have explainable sources of these funds which ultimately landed in one of their companies."

These posters were made by some DCO removed same day, but Imran Khan addressed to the nation on national TV to announce Latrine Project??

No, it was filmed by that gangster of your Maryam Chorni called Nasir Butt:

In an affidavit submitted to the IHC, Malik denied the contents of the video — which purportedly showed him admitting to a lack of evidence against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif — and termed them edited, fabricated, and aimed to defame him.

In his letter, a copy of which is now available with Geo News, he wrote that he was "contacted by two acquaintances, Mahar Jilani and Nasir Janjua with whom I met.

"During this meeting Nasir Janjua claimed that it was on his specific and personal recommendation to an influential person in the then PML-N Government that I was appointed Judge, Accountability Court No. II, Islamabad," he wrote, adding that he "was not keen to this position".

He further said the Flagship and HME references were transferred for trial to his court and associates and supporters of Mian Nawaz Sharif approached him on a number of occasions "with demands, inducements and threats to acquit Mian Nawaz Sharif and the other accused."

Malik was told by Janjua that "unless a favourable verdict was given in favour of Mian Nawaz Sharif, it would be very damaging for me personally".

When the trials were at the arguments stage, he continued, Janjua and Jilani came to him, offering a bribe worth "Rs. 100 million in Euros for me immediately available out of which the Euro equivalent of Rs. 20 million was laying in his car parked outside".

"However, I declined the bribe offered to me," he claimed, adding that his refusal was followed by "a thinly veiled threat of physical harm and intimidation by Nasir Butt", who told him he was "willing to go to any extent to help Mian Sahib in the trials he was facing".

So?? It was perfectly alright at that time to bring the money in the country?? Whats wrong in it?? Even today Imran Khan made a law that if you bring the money in the country and invest in Naya Housing Scheme no question will be asked. In-fact he introduced such schemes trice in two years.

Exactly this is how our justice system was destroyed by these thieves to protect themselves and their stolen wealth.
They made laws and regulations to favour the corrupt instead of the other way around.

The biggest treachery was when Nawaz amended the constitution to get in power for the 3rd time.

They want the same for NAB.

What's wrong with it? It leads to state sponsored money laundering, Patwari:

If you ask, is there a legal way to launder money out of Pakistan? I will say yes, That will be under the umbrella of the economic reforms act of 1992.
Chairman FBR, Mr. Shabbar Zaidi, recently admitted the state’s inability to retrieve the money laundered out of Pakistan, the first official admission regarding the illusion of bringing back the looted money.
You probably have no clue of a legal channel to transfer money out of Pakistan without any hassle. It’s called the Protection of Economic Reforms Act of 1992.

18th amendment was not passed for the benefit of Pakistan but it was only in the interests of two major parties namely PPP and PMLN. Entire constitution was amended to facilitate thugs of Pakistan under that amendment.

It was Mian Tariq Mehmood who filmed the video while Arshad Malik was posted as additional district and sessions judge of Multan in 2003.

The accused officer also admitted that he had acquaintance with Mian Muhammad Tariq, maker of the fabricated video, during his posting in Multan until 2003.

The money in Hudabia Case was brought in from UK obtained from Al-Towfeeq Trust as a loan for paper mill. No money was sent from Pakistan.

This is misconception created by people like you, read the original document not just the sub section 1, read the subsection 2 too.
