Two years ago, Sindh Assembly member Timur Talpur, while addressing the Sindh Assembly, admitted that he had bought votes from the PPP in the Senate elections.
Speaking in the Sindh Assembly, he had said that the member who sold votes to the PPP in the Senate elections is still sitting in the House.

Timur Talpur sought an unconditional apology from the Election Commission, which dismissed the case.
