Are you a retard? 15% was before the migrations of 1947. Take the percentage of 1950 when all people had migrated to where they wished and it was 1.2% in west pakistan and now it is 1.6%. If we apply your logic of before migrations then the indian muslim population almost fell by half in percentage between 1947 and 2015
