I cant say for sure as i am yet to stay overseas for longer periods of time. however, considering the upbringing of subjects (dalits/non-dalits), they would behave accordingly.
i will try to clarify with an example.
take a poor dalit labourer, who has been reminded his whole life that he is nothing but an abomination in the face of earth. what do you expect that person to teach his children to stay safe ? - keep ur distance from the uppercaste lords and always be subservient to them, or otherwise, those ppl will physically harm you or even kill you. now these "afraid" children will grow up to be timid people always wary of what their father said. whether it be in some poor casteist village in india or a posh restaurant in paris.
however, a dalit boy, whose upbringing included modern education and insulated from the casteist society will grow up to be a normal indian as any other.

It counters one of the fundamental preamble of our constitution

That all citizens are equal in eyes of a state rather of there caste,creed or religion

Giving any specific luxury to one specific Sect of society is counter to this fundamental Right

i can only that u have to see more. injustice is not limited to Yadavs n Kurmis.
for every family which enjoys the fruits of "positive discrimination", many dont even know about the country's gift to them.

you have to give credit to the upper castes (actually the ones sitting on top of them - to name them - "higher upper castes" ). they institutionalized discrimination and named it "culture".
casteism is not just a social phenomenon, its an economic model as well. here, tiny no. of ppl control large masses to do their work (only the manual labour which our lords find it beneath their dignified existence).
such sort of brilliance is rarely seen or was rarely seen anywhere else in the world, similar on the lines of british class system and the japanese class system, but many times in magnitude.

there is nothing holy about any animal, including humans.
however, the hindus, people of ancient india, realized that a living cow is more useful in the form of milk products, dung (for fuel n antiseptics) etc etc, than a dead cow with only meat (single time only).
