those upper caste hindus, generally, are too rich to scavenge on dead cows. morever, if such incident had happened as you mentioned, it would not have even reached the mohalla news, let alone punishment n paparazzi.

Skinning a cow is not for filling the belly. It is definately for skin trade. The article says skinning not butchering.
If you want a change in rule, protest and get it changed through parliament. You cannot just break it and expect not to be reprimanded.
More over, COW is considered holy for some but its meat is not considered as a must for you. You can eat something else to fill the belly why cow? You can eat a dog or a rat or a pigeon or a chicken..there are many roaming on the street.

dalits are usually underfed hence, these guys are thinner, shorter. and since they are more into labour in the open, they are almost always sunburnt. not much difference.

About 50,000 Indians living in China, excluded those came in Hong Kong during colonial period. We don't know which is dalit or what ( other 3 class? ), but we can obviously feel some Indians is full of confidence while some extremely contrary.
