I agree Joey, But our defence and strategy planners should also have a vision. i find that seriosuly lacking. Its just few men pushing and shoving the rest of elephant that is the Indian beuarocracy and political will forward. And I dont know how much they can or how long they can do it.
We need people how can think on a global scale.
Like in America, When it comes to Foriegn Policy there isnt much rift in the Democrats and Republicans
