Yes when there was a simple protest without being given a cover to so called terrorist few months before why the pellet was fired and made them blind in hundreds..But when there was protest in Tamil, Gujarat and elsewhere the parameters were different..It's just because Kashmirs are Muslims .

If stone pelting is a simple protest to you...stand in the way of a flinging stone...if it hits your head you would die one the spot!! Anybody who uses violence...will be dealt in the same way...be it ulfa,Maoists or 'peaceful' stone pelters...will meet the same fate!!
