[Video] DOCUMENTARY: Closed Borders, Elusive Dreams

This reminds me of the status of refugees from Afghanistan in Pakistan and how with all ease they live and call others names, while in these parts of the world, on their borders they have to compete with Syrians to get an apple for lunch. Such is the reward of their unthankfulness! May God have mercy on us all, amen.

Why is Tolo narrating the documentary in English? Is the documentary aimed at international audience?

Regardless of the background, Afghan or Syrian, refugee crisis is a human tragedy. These people face a bleak future in Europe and it remains to be seen how these experiences will shape them. Looking at all the turmoil in Middle East nowadays, one is reminded of Mandela's prophetic warning of 2003, "What I am condemning is that one power, with a president [Bush Jr.] who has no foresight, who cannot think properly, is now wanting to plunge the world into a holocaust."

It is payed for by the Australian government ;-)

And it is produced by Tolo -- Saad Mohsani's company who along with his other two siblings own Tolo who were Afghan refugees in Australia. Life is such a sad irony sometimes that one can't help but smile.
