VIDEO analysis of Apache Gunship killing Iraqi Farmers

We've all seen the video where An Apache gunship ruthlessly kills off Iraqi's in a field somewhere. Here's a DETAILED analysis of the video. Were they really "Insurgents"?!?!

The gun-totting yank in the video should be put under a trial for war crimes. Taking charge of a multi-million dollar Attack Helicopter doesn't give one the right to play God.

1. Which organisation/company does the person making the analysis work for?
2. Did that organisation/company order the analysis?
3. What is that organisation/company’s interest in this?
4. What are the credentials of the person making the analysis?
5. What other analysis of the physical site did that person make if any?
6. What additional analysis/tests, were used to come to these conclusions?

Not be picky but these are fundaments questions you should ask before jumping in and making statements.

I believe there are some technical errors in the analysis presented.
It does not take a complete idiot to see them either. (That assumes you are prepared to actually look before making judgement)

This may not alter the outcome but since these errors exist that leaves questions.

Sometimes, the most simplest of things are right in front of us but we tend to Ignore them. Any one with a functioning mind, and the least bit of common sense can realize what happened in this video. The credentials of the video poster don't matter to me because the fact remains that the Gunner lied to his superior about the Farmers holding guns and insisted on opening fire. That attitude could be related to a three old, impatient to get his turn for a joy ride.

That to me, defines the state of mind these people (Apache crew) were in when they decided to take three lives without putting the necessary effort in their decision to open fire.
