That's some great English by the reporters!!!

Most of the pakistanis on pdf seem to be fluent in english(atleast in writing part).But from what i observed in the media ,many pakistanis are very poor at english .Not just laymen but even journalists in english news channels.Why this contradiction between PDF and real pakistan?Is it bcoz you have more time to think while typing than while talking?
