No J-10C have indigenous WS-10 from day 1 all J-10C have WS-10 engine since its production started @HAIDERAll on service use AL31. One you are talking about is only test platform.
No, it is a copy of it and prone to failure.J10 is perfect fit, but again it carries Russian AL31 engine. And has no third party export license issued to China.Exact same situation Turkish T129. Even Pakistan engineer helped alot to built this plane and provided Mirage 5 to design this plane.

Al31 still backbone of J10 series. You would be right several years ago.
@MastanKhan I would not be talking about intelligence if I were you.
Lay off @araz because he talks more sense than you. He has shared some valid points and instead of addressing them, you are attacking him personally.
What is the TWR of WS-9? What is the TWR of JH-7? It is underpowered for sure. Early copies of Spey engine did have problems and some might still be there. What is wrong with saying this much?
China has stopped buying Al-31F engines for several years, and new production J-10Cs are using WS-10 engines.Al31 still backbone of J10 series.

Only J-10A/B is using AL-31F, J-10C using indigenous WS-10 since its production begins @HAIDERAl31 still backbone of J10 series.

There are more chances of a J16 showing up in PAF colors, than JH7.
