It's good that this level of delusional understanding of this persists. 7nm nodes and smaller are reserved for a fraction of smartphones and personal computers.
German carmakers are literally signing deals with Chinese chip designers for automobile chips used in autonomous driving related technologies. These Chinese chip design companies are almost all using Chinese fabs.
Apart from commercial production scale of 14nm and smaller, China has been making everything else with domestic productions and equipment. Literally euvl is only required for 7nm and down in commercial scale which would be delivered anyway as labs have been making them for over a year. They just cannot scale up at the moment.
