(According to an occasionally reliable Pakistani on Twitter) USA has delivered 4 turbine engines to Pakistan for Milgem Corvettes.
Furthermore, Pakistan will be receiving 9 Bell AH-1Z Vipers before end of 2018 (3 were to be received in 2017 and 9 by 2018). AH-1Z carries 16 Hellfire ATGMs and 2 AIM-9 Sidewinders.

SIPRI Mention's three items in its report. 4 Nos. 76mm Super Rapid Fire Naval Guns from Italy for Milgem and the 4 Gas Turbine engines for Milgem. From Germany 4 sets of MTU diesel engines for Milgem. So definitely there is procurement going on for different major components for the Milgem program.

Specs have not been disclosed yet, but if its the Ada Class, then no VLS.
