US approved sale of additional C-130H transporters to Morocco and Tunisia
The United States has approved the request of both Tunisia and Morocco to transfer four C-130H Hercules transport aircraft from its surplus inventory.
Morocco made the request in late July 2019 for two C-130Hs and alongside the aircraft, the RMAF will also receive six C-130H pylons and fuel tanks with the whole costing about $60.8 million.
Tunisia requested for two of the same type of aircraft on 6 June 2019, the total acquisition costs are stated as $60 million.
