The result? Nobody cares. America does some "accidental" flyovers, just as we send warships through American waters.

The point of flying over is that they are free to do so with no resistance or complaints. Hence Freedom of Navigation. Understand?

Yes we are not done making preparation yet, we need more party materials for welcoming such a big partner of China. Have patience dude, we know we work fast but even so it takes time.

Without a doubt US powerless to stop China reclamation of those artificial island in SCS, if not US wouldn't advice Philippine to seek judgement from the international court with a unenforceable and unbinding international court ruling.
