100*35 mill.. Capital expense of 3.5 billion over next 4 years. Its not Starcraft you know.. GoP probably has more pressing needs for that money. Pakistan invested in Nuclear deterent for a reason. Not only to play ME TOO with India.

The contract already signed for 18 F16s i think this will effect the optional f16s. And about cobras. I didn't know they are selling cobras as well. Anyway lets see how the things unfold.

The news you saw above in urdu is from Jang news Paper. Jang, Geo and The News all are same Jang Group. So if its in urdu doesn't mean its credibility is low.

Urdu news papers have tendency of creating sensation and one gets horrified while reading evening Urdu news papers. Moreover their standard of reporting on technical issues is too low.
