I dont know what kind of deals Pakistan makes that allows these people to change it at will! There should be penalty if anyone dares to change it...I dont understand why people dont learn - Its not the first time America is changing its mind midway down a deal - by this time it should be 2nd nature to include a penalty clause for attempt to change any deal!!

Instead of catching and handing him over, you guys were double dealing and acting as if you were looking for him - either to extract even more money or in actual support of OBL ideologically. There is more to the story of Dr. Shakeel Afridi then meets the eye. He was 'used' by CIA to gather information about the 'place of interest' in Pakistan. He was more like a 'pwn' in the great game, not a real collaborator (CIA officials bribed him for the task but he was not aware that they were CIA officials). Most unfortunate thing in Pakistan is prevalence of corruption (you can bribe many though offer of money).

However, Dr. Shakeel revealed to the commission that he had the opportunity to leave Pakistan but he stayed to defend his integrity and face any charges (should they be pressed against him). Perhaps he felt guilty.

The relevant commission report covers this matter.

I asked a question and you also did not reply just like your other obsessed country mate. Make you record right about the purpose of aid as it was given for the AT operations and Pakistan has done it even better than US and AF forces as we have cleared our areas while they are losing their areas to Taliban.

The reason he is alive is probably because Pakistan intends to use him as a bargaining chip for some thing. Pakistan will never let go off him unless that goal is accomplished. Now what that is?..........who knows, but most probably monetary aid for the elites.

I do not understand why this fuss? Shakeel Afridi is accused of illegal espionage but he helped put an end to someone whose hands were washed in innocent blood. If we are a nation of that big integrity as we want to portray here before others, we should have kept Raymond Davis in jail but elite of the whole nation including PPP, Army at that time and others allowed Raymond Davis to escape despite the brave and courageous principled stand of Shah Mehmood Qureshi. If we have such a principled stand as a nation, we should not show sympathies for any terrorist who killed innocent humans. OBL And Raymond Davis were terrorists or killers and we are showing or showed sympathies with both. Our thinking pattern is reverse of what it should be. I totally think this is a non-issue in case of Shakeel Afridi. Handover Shakeel Afridi or ask him to live anywhere he likes to live including Pakistan as he really committed no crime.

This is no way co-relates the duplicity of your justice system where it now deals in good treason and Bad treason. Both are unrelated, One has direct security concern for India, the other is to point out the duplicity of your system. Dr Afridi doesn't concern me, What does is shamelessness of people turning a blind eye to AQ Khan's treason.
