Human Rights Violation arn't new to Sri lanka. We've been waiting for 30 years, still nothing.

Mr. Chinese bot does not know that there is difference between UNSC and UNHRC. This resolution is to be presented in UNHRC not UNSC. And there is no Veto power for any country.
