How ? Ever consider the possibility that more countries will take after US ? Not because they want to follow US. That is not 'take after' means. But what it really means is that countries will see that the UN is not necessary for them to be politically functional. Taiwan is not a UN member but is doing just fine. Withdrawals will be slow at first, but momentum will build.
