Well if Indian Human Trafficking giants had not abused the system the ban would not happen ruined yet again another country and system

don't be idiotic - did the Indians issue the visas to themselves? the US companies want these people, the US govt issued the visa and the Indians make money by providing their expertise.

You have no idea how much angst this has caused to US companies - they fear losing good people to Europe. If Trump does not walk this back somehow soon, US companies will simply do their projects in India or Europe.

exactly - the H1 visa is called H1 because it is for Hindus only. Smart.

H-1 is just a class of work visas in the present system. H-1A visas are for general occupations (such as seasonal farm workers), while H-1B visas are for specialist occupations (such as engineering jobs). H-1A visas were phased out several years ago.

don't play dumb hindi ...
due to a systematic discrimination of Muslims in hindu dominated iNdia it is safe to say the majority of H1B migrants are indeed hindu

sorry. This is what we know and that is what has to be true.
H = Hindu
1 = 1 Hindu
B - Biwi

that's why you see Miscrosoft campuses full of Hindu couples. They pay for 1 Hindu and the biwi comes to work as well. samja?

OTOH you don't have to play act at all. BTW hindi is a language, thought you'd know that.

We agree to not disagree this once , one time

busted! you are Sartaj Aziz aren't you?

Well we do have ample Indian visitors on forum etc so there is certain limit of what we can say however the debate is really about visa abuse always good to stay some were within that range of that topic

The present disagreement is only as far as some Territorial matters and certain illecit activites across our border , beyond that there is generally no other real pending accord.

However the thread is really about stirring up debate about Visa abuse and political fall out

If the Local indian population did not see it coming it is all over social networks almost every one is crying foul on the illegal practices and those practices are now placing lives of certain folks in danger , when local population is retaliating violently

So if H-1B is Hindu plus one Biwi, there must be M-4B visas too? :D

Trump can't spell, we all know that already.

That is why his name is so short , easy to remember and write on paper "T.R.U.M.P" nice and short , easy to remember for 70 year old President

And he loves Twitter , again nice and short 100-150 characters to type

But I love Trump , fantastic Real Estate broker , who became Head of nation sure he is old and wrinkly. But he has a great looking first lady and that means something at 70 year age

Modi's comments reflected concern that India's $150 billion IT services industry would suffer if the United States curbs the visas, known as H-1B, it relies on to send its software experts to the United States on project work.

"The prime minister referred to the role of skilled Indian talent in enriching the American economy and society," Modi's office said in a statement after he met a bipartisan delegation of 26 members of the US Congress. "He urged developing a reflective, balanced and far-sighted perspective on movement of skilled professionals."
