The way i see it if he had diplomat immunity, he would have been in america right now.

Raymond Davis is free and back in the United States. As for him being a murderer, in the United States they have trials before they declare someone guilty of murder and call for his execution based on press reports. I suppose in Pakistan they have trials as a formality before they execute someone? Or is self-defence somehow a crime in Pakistan? If people with guns on a motorbike were chasing me, I would shoot them too.
