IK's time should be reserved for most important summits and meetings at the international stage.

IK has not even been PM one week and he's already made a bad decision by not attending the UNGA session. On the face, it looks like a waste of time with speeches made in a half-empty hall, but what's more important is the opportunity to engage one-on-one with world leaders in one place. It's the best place to lobby Pakistan's position. IK not going is a lost opportunity, in my opinion.

These fucking bastards stopped Imran at YYL for interrogation, we should strip and body cavity search every American terrorist coming to Pakistan, quarantined for 72 hours to get them sober, then washed with a fire hose before allowing them to step outside an airport.

IK should not meet this lowlife. at most a deputy foreign minister should be enough.

IK was known for making strong anti-American statement when he was in opposition. How do you expect him to be treated when you visit the country you roundly criticize? Should they throw him a parade?

If IK doesn't want to meet Pompeo, that's fine. If Pompeo should not even come to Pakistan, that fine too. Pakistan should say so.

He has made a phone call to IK and demanded that Pakistan 'does more' against the 'terrorists' inside Pakistan. I don't know what IK said in reply.
