1.The only so called crude harsh reality that you have put forward is nothing more then the BS which is constantly being fed to Indians by your sarkar and media. So no surprise here.

2.I can only laugh at what you have written above. No comments:rolleyes: By the way how would you rate your relationship with the US or back then the USSR?

3.If anyone who needs a wake up call here, its you because you have absolutely no clue what so ever of whats going around you and how diplomacy works. You are reading too much between the lines. Do you seriously believe GOP to be so naive to expect a nuclear deal from the USA, think again.

4.I just put the reality in a crude harsh way ehhh, no need to get all worked up.

1. Well how do you know that I drew an infrence from an Indian resource. I dont have TV at home so I dont have access to the bakwaas news channels. Kiddo grow up and start to respect statistics which show the state in which Pakistan is. Every wondered why its BRIC and not BRPC. Go figure.

2. Still living in the past are we. Times have changed and so have things. Dont dwell on the past , learn from it and move on but well in Pakistan's case there aint much to be learned from the past because it reeks of only one thing and thats FAILURE.

3. I dont know how diplomacy works and you are the Pakistan's high commissioner to Disney Land. What kind of personal B.S you post dude. As far as Pakistan bargaining with U.S is concerned then I have already mentioned that Pakistan doesnt have any chips that it can bargain againt. Dont you get it. Dont give me your war against terrorism excuse because both of us know that Pakistan is a mere pawn and that too a dispensible one.

4. More personal B.S. My coal theory was right because according to your own sweet media Pakistan has huge reserves of coal which she is not utilizing to produce energy. You guys cant depend on hydroelectricity and dont have enough money to invest in Wind farms. Dude seriously you dont even know about your own country. Dont waste my time with your useless crap and think deep before you reply.

There are always ways to bring the US back to the table and make her offer Nuclear power plants...

Sign another Gawadar-like deal with China, or make formal talks about allowing the Chinese Navy around the Indian Ocean.

That would be like stepping on the US's toes. The Yanks would run to the table

But I don't really think we really need the US for power generation that much. We already have the Nuclear power plants and know how to build them. Also there are plenty of other options, Chinese, french, European etc. to name a few.

US says no to nuclear power plant to Pak

WASHINGTON: The US has categorically told Pakistan that it would not get any atomic power plant or civilian nuclear deal on the lines of the one signed with India.

"The United States is working closely with Pakistan to help meet its growing needs. Nuclear power is not currently part of our discussions," a senior Administration official told PTI.

Leaders of Pakistan, who have been pitching hard for a nuclear power plant, have been told about in recently.

The senior Administration official, preferring anonymity, said the US has also told Pakistan that there is no way that they can get a civilian nuclear deal similar to the one the Obama Administration has signed with India.

The Indo-US civilian nuclear deal is specific to India only and there is no thinking going on in the administration to create a template for it, the official said.

Moreover, given the past experiences that the US had with Pakistan on nuclear proliferation issue and the episode of disgraced Pakistani scientist A Q Khan accused of transferring sensitive technologies abroad, the official said both the top American lawmakers and those in the US Government have serious concerns about the safety of Pakistani nuclear weapons.

Under these circumstances, it is quite difficult to consider "that (nuclear power)" option for Pakistan, the officials pointed out.

I love that i truly love that it really expose further of US true intention against Pakistan, and they say that they don’t want to cause instability in that region. Hypocrites

This thread is gone lol too much crap being posted. Nice article to start with but all downhill from there lol

Lets see if you can post this on your Indian brothers.

as i say everyday 3 times a day like a medicine

"All Anti-Pakistan thread will be started by Indian members and all anti Indian threads are being started by Pakistani members"

Why can't we stop bashing at each other now? We are part of the same community so try to avoid such threads please

Depending on which country

Thats very kind of USA.Atleast it will make us think of doing something on our own(self reliance)just like JF17,ALKHALID,SAAD APC,AL QASWA ALV,IFV,Missile boats and now MRAPs.
Thanks USA for making us realise the importance of self reliance since 1965 till 2010

Another thread gone crap. thanks to Indian troll then every online worrier followed the suite.

On topic:I think we can get back on track if Pakistani member can please present the case statistically, why Pakistan need nuclear power plants. Can someone enlighten us with any Pakistani research or futuristic planning or draft for nuclear power generation and its implications. What is the current percentage of nuclear power generation in Pakistan etc.

Although my opinion is like as 'Fire fighter' above mentioned that USA can be convinced by different means no doubt. However if Pakistan will not be able to fancy US then rest of world will remain reluctant to help for sure(china may be an exception).
However to my rationale Pakistan is exaggerating and demand for nuclear deal is like ''muche vadi te daari chotee'' mustasch is way bigger then beard; looks disproportional and suspicious.

A few points:

The original PTI article itself is a troll. Anybody with more than two braincells knows the US will never transfer nuclear technology to Pakistan. The all-powerful Israeli lobby will never allow that. Also, the US nuke deal with India was part of the anti-China buildup of India. Pakistan is on the wrong side of that equation, as far as the US is concerned. The fact that the Indian media even asked that question and then trumped the (predictable) answer all around is just standard practice to boost Indian egos and bash Pakistan.

Secondly, on the question of GDP, the figures are misleading. Cities do not have GDPs; countries do. The reason Mumbai might have a high "GDP" is simply because many big Indian companies have their headquarters there; there is nothing more to be read from it. By that logic, Delaware (in the US) has a high GDP because most American banks incorporate in Delaware for legal reasons.

I am sure we can build the nuclear energy plant as well - like we built every thing else:pakistan::china:

right but not only Israel loby Pakistan history is also responsible we are helping you but you are not doing up to level

come on right side if you know

Pakistan need a development you just buy weapons never spend money on developments

I dont know why India compares itself with China when there is no match between the two.

And Why Not Mrs. Jana, what's wrong it that, until you can explain better or even give a powerpoint presentation of why India cannot....

I think this is a good forum for Power Presentation, don't you think.

Then what about the bakwaas that you are constantly doing and without something to back your claims up. Now go back to the school and learn something for a change about Pakistan other then the usual bakwass.

2. Still living in the past are we. Times have changed and so have things. Dont dwell on the past , learn from it and move on but well in Pakistan's case there aint much to be learned from the past because it reeks of only one thing and thats FAILURE.

Times have changed and so has the situation around us. Talking about the past its not the 90s anymore either when Pakistan was sanctioned. US needs Pakistan even more today because of the mess that has been created in Afghanistan and US needs a bail out strategy. Now what role does India has into all of this, i dont even need to spell it out. Now i'll suggest you to not to dwell in the past and open your eyes and have a reality check about Pakistan and its role in the modern world.

3. I dont know how diplomacy works and you are the Pakistan's high commissioner to Disney Land. What kind of personal B.S you post dude. For the highlighted part go and educate yourself. You just proved you dont know jack squat about Pakistans role and its importence. I have explained it above, try to get it through your thick Indian skull.

More ignorance from you. Firstly i never challenged you on coal but on the lines of your hatred displayed towards Pakistan and that Pakistan can only beg China, but that aside let me tell you something, ever wondered the cost that is needed interms of foreign investement for that coal to be extracted. I dont suppose you have the slightest caliber to comprehend that before spewing out BS.

1. One needs to back their claims by citing links when they are disputed. The economic condition of Pakistan is not something that I need to explain by citing the GDP growth rate , PPP and the value of Pakistan governments bond. Seriously man Pakistan govt was so nearly to be in default and still you have the guts to talk about Pakistan's economic position.

2. As I told you earlier , Dont bring the war on terror excuse and yet you used it. The reason I say is that U.S forced Musharaff to take action against Taliban. Dont you see everyday how Pakistan is being dominated by US .Pakistan never wanted to start the war on terror anyhow and that stand is still maintained by many till now. And you guys talk about Pakistan being a valuable ally. Well the sad part is though Pakistan is doing a lot fighting talib in their own lands and loosing resources and so many precious lives , still it hasnt been able to do enough to palacate the US. " Do More, Do More" -- Sounds familiar.

3. Dude I suggested you how only coal is a possible solution for Pakistan and how it cant rely on hydroelectric plants and wind farms. Now you only gave me a partial answer by stating that mining coal will need FDI and Pakistan doesnt have that. But my question is that are their alternative ways for Pakistan to produce energy?

Dont be a party to problems , be a party to solutions.

Be more personal next time , I can see where you come from. Talk about my education and give me names , that wont have any effect on me but will only degrade you as a human being.
