US Says Doesn't Support Independence For Balochistan

Washington: The US respects the unity and territorial integrity of Pakistan and does not support independence for Balochistan, a state department official has said.

"The government policy is that we support the territorial integrity of Pakistan and we do not support independence for Balochistan," State Department Spokesman John Kirby told reporters at his daily news conference on Monday.
Mr Kirby was responding to a question on growing criticism from both inside and outside Pakistan's Balochistan province on its independence and violation of human rights by the Pakistani security forces there.

"Where does the US stand on Balochistan? Because Indian Prime minister (Narendra Modi) has raised this subject," Mr Kirby was asked.

"The US Government respects the unity and territorial integrity of Pakistan and we do not support independence for Balochistan," he reiterated.

In his Independence Day address from the Red Fort, PM Modi had spoken about the situation in Azad Kashmir, Gilgit and Balochistan and said people from there have thanked him for raising their concerns.

Don't believe it. It is US's main foreign policy to split countries into as smaller pieces as possible, especially those located in Asia, to turn Asia into Europe-like with many little weak countries lacking military and intelligence capabilities.

It is a bless that we have huge populated countries like India and China that are also highly homogeneous, because they'll be the ones that will save the world from the pawns of USA if it will ever happen.

Well, the more Pakistan turns the cold shoulder towards the US and increases military and geopolitical co-operation with China, the more likely the US will seek ways to harm Pakistan and create a loyal vassal state (Balochistan) out of it, of course they won't succeed against Pakistan, but just theorizing. US statements are one thing, but their actions on the ground often contradict those statements, that's a certainty.
