The police of California shot 13-year-old boy with a toy Kalashnikov assault rifle in his hands. The tragedy occurred near the house where the boy, Andy Lopez Cruz, lived.
According to police, bailiffs repeatedly asked the child to put the gun down and opened fire, when he did not obey. Afterwards, they handcuffed the child and pronounced him dead a little later.
