Title is pretty Idiotic, i mean if the cop new it was a toy gun, he wouldn't have shot!

That is why this thread is dishonest by the title. It basically said that the police killed the boy because he was playing with a toy gun, not because the police could not determine if the toy was a toy or not. But this kind of dishonesty should be expected from the original poster.
