I agree.. This is not worth complaining about. With the amount Pakistan is spending on the military operations in KP, even though its for its own benefit, this amount is pretty small. I draw comparison to the 2002 stand off between India and Pakistan. The cost of military deployment to India for 11 months was over 2 billion dollars. 8 years later, the kind of operations PA is involved in, 400 million per year for 5 years is nothing. That too from 2 years down the line..

Really not even worth even debating on. Even if all of it is diverted for build up against India, its not large enough for any significant impact.

Seriously i dont know when India will decide MRCA. In my opinion India already selected a plane but now delaying it to use the MRCA as diplomacy card.

Ya, India will scrap MRCA F18's and F16's togather with GE 414 Engines deals for LCA....! Even C-17 Globe Master deal will be scraped! India will turn down Nuclear Deal with US...! And ultimately US will be doomed. They will beg India for support, but Unhappy India will ask US not to support Pakistan in future! US will apologize and you will wake up and find that you were having a DREAM...!

The Obama administration is putting the final touches on a security assistance package totaling as much as $2 billion over five years to help Pakistan fight extremists on its border with Afghanistan, senior U.S. officials and diplomatic sources tell CNN.


The package aims to address Pakistan's insistence it does not have the capability to go after terrorists, and needs more support from the United States, the sources said. The aid will help the Pakistanis purchase helicopters, weapons systems and equipment to intercept communication
