The only thing you can do is maybe ram or parked in front of the warships if that defines harassing. Perhaps send aircraft to buzz it. But nowhere do you say anything about sinking them. In the end you can't stop American warships from going into SCS.

We got to wait and see. What China needs is time to complete the integrated development of the island chain in the Spratlys. So long as that goes on unhindered, I guess China will tolerate US harassment. \

One needs to stick to the overall strategy for which some tactical retreats can be made.

I do not think the US has the guts to stop any decent power from doing what they think they should. As a matter of fact, US repeatedly asked Vietnam to stop reclamation only to be brushed off.
