WASHINGTON, April 1 (APP): The United States has not refused Pakistan’s request for excess defense articles from it’s worldwide pool, the State Department said while citing Washington’s continued security cooperation with the key South Asian country. “To be clear, the United States has not refused Pakistan’s request regarding EDA sourced from the world wide pool (to include any request that might involve MRAPs),” Office of the Spokesperson said. The spokesperson’s remarks came in response to a series of questions raised at the daily briefing about reports on possible provision of mine-resistant ambush-protected vehicles to Pakistan. The spokesperson noted that the United States “continues to assist Pakistan through many security cooperation programs to build partnership capacity, including through the provision of worldwide available EDA.”

Bhikari samjha huwa hai Kia?there was no request by Pakistan :pissed: stop making such threads

The United States did not refuse, they just said No..loll

Seriously we need to move on. Let the Afghans have it.

Not even sure why we would get that junk. Lets be honest, those trucks are slow, expensive to maintain and less maneuverable. Those are gas guzzlers and are totally beat up to the ground by the US forces. If Pak is getting them for free, than they should just use them as mobile check posts where they just sit there for days and guard an area before moving to another area.
