Gen. Scott Miller also said goodbye to Afghanistan and went alive from the hands of the Taliban. Miller is very lucky because he survived a mortar attack in Kandahar on Oct 18, 2018, when Gen. Abdul Raziq was killed. But we still don't know about Brigadier Gen. Jeffrey D. Smiley!
