Shows how much you know about the gun laws. Norway has some of the strictest gun laws. None of the weapons used by Brewik were legal. He bought them all off of ebay(according to his own journal). Unlike NRA, none of the Norwegians cried for more guns after the incident.
Next up in NRA's solution, moving forward, every fireman,para-medic and other first responders should pack an assault rifle before going anywhere.
Seems to me you are the one who do not know anything about Gun law in Norway........
Norway have a liberal gun law, Nordic Country all have lax gun law but granted, Norway have the toughest of all.
Problem is, you only need a license to obtain firearm in Norway, and not in the case of shotgun if they were purchased before 1990. The "License" is a 30/9 hours course either for Hunting or Sport purpose, and after this you can registered and get firearm range from .223 to 7.62 cal.
Also, if you have read what you just wrote, your word did not make sense. If Norway have tight gun control, how the heck he got all the weapon thru E-bay??
He bought them all off of ebay(according to his own journal).
And you do realise on average a licensed weapon owner can legally store 15000 round of ammunition of all sort and if you own a rifle, the number will drop to 10,000 (5000 rounds of .223 + 5000 rounds of whatever ammo). Even America does not allow such amnount of ammo storage. Do you call this gun controlled in Norway??
Finally i do not say "Norweigian cry for more gun" i just say Norwegian did not ask for tighten gun control after the 2011 shooting. Which is a fact.
I suggested that you get your fact right before challenge other people, you do know i lived and still live in Sweden, right? I have been in Norway several thousand times.
